Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description:

  • College Angels offers digital consultation services through video and/or audio.

  • Upon booking these services, the user agrees to omit any names or specific information that may cause liability of another.

2. User Responsibilities:

  • The user is obligated to provide accurate information and have necessary equipment for accessing the service.

  • The user age requirement is 21 years or older for legal authority to enter the agreement. 

  • User is Required to maintain respectful communication and if refuse to do so, the communication will be terminated.

3. Consultant's Responsibilities:

  • Communication with College Angels and its Service Providers are held confidential.

  • All records are kept secured as applicable by law. (please see 3rd parties separate agreements)

4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • The services/products provided are protected and secured according to its 3rd party policies.

  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure of client information is governed by applicable jurisdictions. 

5. Payment Terms:

  • Our website offers a secure digital payment processing service through Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • All communication and ownership of any intellectual property created during the consultation are owned by College Angels.

  • User's are responsible for ensuring they own the rights to any content they upload or share. 

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:

  • The services provided are on an individual basis and is Not a substitute for legal advice.

  • These Terms and Conditions limit the consultant's liability for any damages or losses incurred by the user. 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • The laws that govern the agreement are held under the District of Columbia.

  • Use the Contact Us tab regrading disputes. 

9. Modifications and Termination:

  • The terms and conditions will be communicated and implemented effective immediately and are subject to change.

  • At any point during the service either party may terminate communication but No Refunds will be issued.

  • The user or provider may reschedule the appointment through their account prior to service connection.

10. Entire Agreement:

  • States that the terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and the service provider.

These services are intended to be Confidential per user and service provider is not responsible for statements or actions on your end. By booking the appointment, user agrees to all applicable laws and will hold harmless College Angels and its Service Providers, also known as a hold harmless clause or indemnity agreement, is a contractual provision where one party (the indemnitor) agrees not to hold the other party (the indemnitee) liable for certain potential losses, damages, or liabilities.
